Product intelligence
Push the heroes. Hide the killers. Map every upsell.
Every SKU classified by real margin and velocity. Push / hide dashboard, upsell mappings, price-sensitivity surface — all from your own quote history, refreshed weekly.
The problem
Most catalogues are flat — every SKU treated as equally sellable when, in reality, 20% of products generate 80% of margin and another 10% lose money on every quote. Without a continuous classification, the sales floor reaches for whatever was easiest to find last week. RMCflow continuously classifies SKUs into hero / neutral / margin-killer cohorts, maps upsell pairs with concrete price + margin deltas, and surfaces price-sensitivity per category — so the catalogue itself becomes a sales asset.
Hero / margin-killer classification
margin × velocity × (1 − return-rate) scoring. Hero ≥70, killer ≤10, neutral in between. Refreshed weekly from rolling 90-day data.
Upsell mapping
'Upgrade available: +$150 price, +$65 margin' as a one-click swap. Bulk 'Optimize All' replaces every low-margin item with the best available alternative.
Push / hide dashboard
Two-panel surface of what to feature versus what to suppress, with manual override for merchandising. The killer that just won't die gets surfaced for repackaging or repricing.
How it works
Classify — every SKU scored weekly
Map — upsell pairs computed per SKU
Surface — push / hide dashboard for merchandising
"We stopped selling our biggest margin killer last quarter. Nobody missed it."
