RMCflow collects and processes personal data strictly for the purpose of delivering the platform services described in the applicable service agreement. Data is stored in tenant-isolated infrastructure. No personal data is shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or as necessary to fulfil the contracted services (for example, infrastructure providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements).
For cloud-hosted deployments, data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. For on-premise deployments, all data remains within the client's own infrastructure and RMCflow has no access to it. Clients retain full ownership of their data. Contact privacy@rmcflow.io with any data-related requests.
