Access to and use of the RMCflow platform is governed by the commercial service agreement signed between RMCflow and the client organisation. The platform is provided as a B2B SaaS or on-premise software product. It is not intended for consumer use. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate use within their organisation and for maintaining the confidentiality of their API tokens and user credentials.
RMCflow warrants that the platform will perform materially in accordance with its documentation under normal operating conditions. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. These terms are governed by French law; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
